Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscles along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. 

   

    As a Mother of four and Athlete whom lives what she preaches, has 25 years of coaching experience behind her. Kirsten’s workouts are creative and forever changing, which keeps the body guessing. You will be challenged each and every workout but also she can relate to you, understand and respect that we all have different needs and will scale all workouts to be customized to suit you as an individual.

A new twist on a cardio based workout, be ready to be challanged and have a love hate relasionship with this workout. Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, our program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS

Feel Good, Look Good

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!

MOM AND BABY FITNESS

April-June

This Baby Friendly class allows mom to get a great workout AND attend to baby’s needs at any time.  Each class provides a full body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work and flexibility.  Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core.  This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community. 

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).  All fitness levels are welcome.  This class is designed for pre-mobile babies.
